Roles ranged from frontline service and small business sales to leadership positions overseeing quality assurance, customer care, residential sales teams, and outside sales initiatives. This background provided a strong foundation in problem solving, negotiation, and working with people from all walks of life, skills that translate seamlessly into real estate. Earlier professional experience also includes retail and pharmacy department management, reinforcing a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Originally from Mississippi, Charlotte has lived in numerous communities across the Southeast, Midwest, and Colorado, ultimately calling Navarre, Florida home. This diverse background offers a broad perspective and an appreciation for different lifestyles, communities, and housing needs. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg.
